Try taking a little more and use one layer for the head another for the body another for a hand etc.
Add Feet
Why so choppy?
Turn fps to 33
Make a walking cycle with feet
and you could have a half decent movie

If you watch the intro of "Madness Interactive" you should know that hank wanted to eat pie,However when he opened the box there was a note by the sherif that said
"NO PIE FOR YOU
-Sherif"
Due to the fact that hank got angry
He killed the sherif In the next episode
Because of that box
